KEY DATES FOR STUDENT HOUSING IN 2012 FROM THE LONDON STUDENT GROUP
The following are the key dates for students seeking housing and accommodation in North London in 2012. We start our viewings in January 2012 following our come and meet us day(s) in December 2011.
STUDENT HOUSING 2012 KEY DATES:
When deciding how early to connect with us in 2012, consider that in 2011 we let all our refurbished houses within the first 20 days of viewings in January 2011 and following our meet and greet days in December 2010. Our first lease for August 2011 was in fact signed on 18 January 2011 and we would expect things to be similar for 2012.
PRIORITY VIEWING PERIOD:
December 2011:
The London Student Group come and meet us days by appointment/ invitation only, now being held in Manor House on 7 and 13 December 2011.
Contact us from October 2011 onwards to be included.
[If you are a complete group of 5 or 6 students, it may in fact be the ONLY day you need to attend in order to find your student housing for 2012.]
January 2012:

NEW STUDENT CHANGEOVER PERIOD:
July/ August 2012:
Maintenance programme and new students move in.
October 2012:
Advertising programme starts for 2013.
