WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT OUR STUDENT HOUSING:
We are the only student housing supplier in North London  to offer a fixed price all inclusive package   which provides  every  student renting their accommodation directly from us  with a private study bedroom featuring dual RJ45 Cat6 wired internet sockets (+ wireless N)  and a furniture package which includes  their own flat screen tv  and wash basin, double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, shelving and large white boards for posters. 

All our communal rooms feature a  32" flat screen TV,  SKY TV + Virgin Media TV,   dual RJ45  Cat6 wired internet sockets (+wireless N) [ideal for gaming] plus leather sofas and direct access  to designer gardens.

All our 5 and 6 bedroom student houses  are  unique 100 year  old   solid victorian and edwardian buildings designed to be hardwearing and robust with showers  and bathrooms  refitted to commercial and hotel standard.

BACK UP AND SUPPORT FROM THE LONDON STUDENT GROUP:
If you despair at contacting your landlord, or even the facilities manager at your large student housing complex or students halls,  consider this:

Our main Place Group UK switchboard is manned  9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday  on 020 3137 6677. We guarantee  that  your call will always be answered.

We also  offer all  our existing students  a 24 hours a day  7 days a week  020 emergency contact number. This will be answered by a senior member of management who is familiar with all of our houses  and  experienced enough to assess the situation by telephone and provide immediate advice (for example how to reset  an mcb circuit breaker or how to turn off the mains water). We  also aim to personally attend emergencies on the same day, normally within 2-3 hours. 

In cases of extreme emergency we aim to attend immediately, or we may authorise  responsible long standing students  to contact  an external contractor directly. Our online resources area   (to which  existing students  have access) provides details of those contractors who we can authorise students to contact directly if necessary.
 
Subject to students agreeing  to access, we aim to carry out repairs for which we are  legally responsible and repairs for which technically  the student is responsible but which we agree to do without charge (eg changing  some light bulbs  and minor  damage repairs) within 7 days. Normally this target is exceeded. 

In the unlikely  case  that  something breaks   and cannot be repaired, we aim to arrange for a replacement  within  7-14 days.  Again this target is normally exceeded, but is subject to delivery dates and access.

To ensure that we provide the best service possible our office and student site  IT and data infrastructure  are  supported  by Nuvolo, and our TV networks are supported  by Ward Aerials.
