WHO ARE THE LONDON STUDENT GROUP:
Welcome to The London Student Group. We are a private student housing supplier in North London offering 5 and 6 bedroom shared student housing and student accommodation on a fixed cost all bills inclusive basis with free 50mb Internet. Backed by Place Group UK, we are the parent "London Student" brand for London Student Housing, London Student Rentals and London Student Landlords.
WHO CAN RENT FROM THE LONDON STUDENT GROUP:
Full time students at all the main London Universities can rent from us provided they have a complete group of 5 or 6 students willing to live together in one shared student house. To see a slide show for a typical house, please click here.
We presently rent to students at Kings College London KCL, The London School of Economics LSE, University College London UCL, School of Oriental and African Studies SOAS, University of the Arts UAL (Central St Martins, London College of Communication and London College of Fashion) and City University, as well as Westminster University, University of East London, Southbank University and London Metropolitan University.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PRIVATE LANDLORDS:
We are privately owned managed and financed, but regulated to corporate standards through Place Group UK's membership of the Property Ombudsman and Housing Ombudsman.
We attend Housing Fairs at the main London Universities each year, including City University, Kings College London and the University of London. Students can therefore meet us at the same time as considering the different options offered by Unite and the other large scheme providers.
We only let and manage our own student properties in North London which are refurbished to the same high standard as our corporate properties and students choosing to rent their housing from us only deal with named senior members of management with a financial interest in the success of the business.
Where occasionally we also refer students to partner landlords with whom we co-operate (normally through block viewing days for student accommodation which we arrange from January every year) this referral is made without any commission and the student then deals with that partner landlord directly.
